How do I use the frame?
You need to download the app, connect the frame to Wi-Fi, and bind and activate the digital frame. Then upload your pet’s photos. The process takes about 15 minutes to create your AI pet.
How long is the warranty for this digital frame?
Pet Live provides a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.
How long does shipping take after purchase?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items are typically shipped within 15 business days. After shipment, you can track your order on the website, and delivery time depends on the logistics carrier.
